How does LAPEQ ensure agents are trustworthy?

All Project Trust agents are background-checked, reference-verified, and trained by LAPEQ before assignment. Each agent signs a personal Non-Disclosure Agreement that is specific to your account. They are also not aware of your international address or personal circumstances — only the property details they need to inspect.
Can I enrol multiple properties in different cities?

Yes. LAPEQ has ground agents in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Akwa-Ibom, Enugu, Kaduna, and several other states. Multi-city portfolios are typically managed under our Guardian or Sentinel plans. Contact us to discuss your specific portfolio.
What happens if there's an emergency between monthly visits?

If your caretaker, a neighbour, or any other contact reports an issue, your Diaspora Manager is alerted and dispatches your ground agent within 24 hours (Sentinel plan: same day). You receive a full emergency incident report with photos, a situation assessment, and recommended next steps.
Is Project Trust only for Nigerians in the diaspora?

Primarily, yes — it was designed for Nigerians living abroad who need trusted eyes at home. However, we also work with Nigerians based in Nigeria who travel frequently for business, or who have properties in cities they don't reside in.
How do I receive the reports?

Your Project Trust Report is delivered as a formatted PDF to your email, with a WhatsApp notification when it's ready. Reports are also stored in your secure LAPEQ portal where you can view all historical reports, photos, and incident logs going back 12+ months.
Can I pause or cancel at any time?

Yes. Project Trust is a rolling monthly service with no long-term commitment required (though discounts are available for 6 and 12-month pre-payments). You can pause your plan if you return to Nigeria for an extended period, or cancel with 30 days notice.
What cities does LAPEQ Diaspora cover?

We currently offer full Project Trust coverage in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, with partial coverage (available on request) in Enugu, Kaduna, Ibadan, Benin City, Akwa-Ibom, and Delta State. Coverage is expanding — speak with us about your specific location.
